Client Care Specialist

AmeriVet is seeking a personable Client Service Representative to be the primary contact at the clinic, handling calls and in-person interactions to ensure a welcoming, efficient experience for clients and pets. The CSR will manage appointments, educate clients, process payments, and maintain accurate client/pet records while supporting staff with administrative tasks and a calm, compassionate demeanor.
