As an HVAC Service Technician, you’ll be trusted to deliver high-quality service while representing the company with professionalism and integrity. Perform residential service, maintenance, tune-ups, inspections, and repairs Diagnose HVAC system issues and recommend appropriate solutions Complete service calls safely, efficiently, and to company standards Communicate clearly with dispatch, customers, and internal teams Accurately complete service invoices and job documentation (100% accuracy) Properly close out jobs immediately after completion Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle Use Service Titan (or similar software) to manage work orders and documentation Participate in ongoing training to sharpen your skills and grow your career Qualifications: Do I Have What It Takes?
