Hair transplant procedures are performed by hair transplant surgeons and clinicians supported by a team of hair transplant technicians. MAXIM specializes in MEGA Sessions up to 4,000 grafts and offers customized solutions tailored to individual needs.
Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Hair Restoration Coordinator located in New York City & Long Island. The Coordinator will be responsible for lead management, appointment scheduling and confirmations, follow-up, consultation support, patient financing, providing information about our services and team, and admin support.
Qualifications:
Strong computer, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills Prior experience in cosmetic surgery, medical aesthetics, LASIK and related sectors would be a Plus Bilingual would be a Plus Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving skills required Sales-orientation would be another Plus Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred Be willing to work in both the Manhattan & Jericho (Long Island) offices
