Senior Software Engineer – Privacy-Preserving Data Pipelines

Tempus is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and scale high-quality software systems. You’ll work across the stack on the de-identification pipelines that turn clinical and molecular data into research-ready datasets, while protecting patient privacy and preserving analytic utility. You’ll partner with teams across engineering and science to deliver robust, scalable features, mentor teammates, and help drive architecture and design decisions in a fast-paced, agile environment.
