Senior Director, Real Estate Transaction Counsel

Greystar is seeking a Senior Director, Transaction Counsel to support its credit origination and capital markets teams in complex real estate debt transactions. This attorney will advise on risk, coordinate closings, and manage collateral and compliance matters. Responsibilities span from structuring and negotiating term sheets to post-closing activities, with collaboration across investment and corporate teams and external counsel.
