Warehouse Shipper

Position Summary: The Shipping Associate gets customer orders out the door correctly and on time. You'll pick, pack, label, and ship skid steer parts and remanufactured hydraulic pumps and motors, schedule carrier pickups, and keep shipping and inventory records up to date. Many of our customers have a machine down while they wait, so fast, accurate shipping matters.

Order Fulfillment and Packing: Review daily orders and prioritize them by shipping method and cut-off time. Pick and pack orders, checking part numbers and quantities. Pack parts securely, including heavy pumps and motors, using boxes, pallets, or crates as needed. Include packing slips and any warranty or return paperwork.

Shipping and Freight: Print labels and process shipments for UPS, FedEx, and LTL freight. Prepare bills of lading and palletized freight and schedule truck pickups. Choose the right carrier and shipping method for each order. Track shipments and let Customer Experience know about delays or damage.

Warehouse and Inventory: Safely operate a forklift, pallet jack, and other equipment. Keep the shipping area clean, organized, and stocked, and report low supplies or equipment problems. Help with receiving, returns, cores, and cycle counts when shipping is slow. Keep inventory and order records accurate in our systems.

Qualifications: ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent.1+ year of shipping or warehouse experience preferred. Experience with parcel or LTL shipping, or with heavy equipment or hydraulic parts, is a plus. Forklift experience preferred. We'll handle certification. SkillsDetail-oriented and accurate. Comfortable reading part numbers, paperwork, and labels, and using basic computer software. Reliable, on time, and able to work on your own once trained. Communicates well and works well with others. Can juggle priorities and hit daily cut-off times.

Physical Requirements: Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly, and heavier items with equipment or help. Stand, walk, bend, and reach for long periods. Work in a warehouse with changing temperatures.
