Job Title: Tele Operations Specialist

Location: Scottsdale, AZ

Pay Range: $28.35 - $29.70 per hour

Shift: 8:00pm - 4:00am All employees must be flexible to shift times 2 hours before/after these hours based on current business demand What's the Job? Monitor and support real-time operations through secure systems Assist automated platforms during operational exceptions and complex scenarios Follow established safety and operational procedures in time-sensitive situations Communicate clearly with internal operations and support teams Document events, system activity, and operational outcomes What's Needed? Experience working in fast-paced, screen-based environments (such as technical monitoring, control centers, gaming, simulation, or multi-system platforms) is required Candidates must have flexible availability and be able to work slightly varying shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Strong attention to detail and situational awareness Ability to remain calm and effective in fast-paced, high-reliability environments High School Diploma or GEDCurrent Arizona driver's license and 3 years of driving history What's in it for me?
