Senior Benefits Analyst Join our dynamic team as a Senior Benefits Analyst and play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing employee benefits programs within a thriving healthcare organization. Located in Buena Park, CA, this hands-on position offers the opportunity to lead benefits operations, enhance system functionality, and ensure compliance across a diverse, multi-site workforce. Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3 to 6 years of practical benefits administration experience
- Proficiency with HRIS and benefits systems such as UKG and PlanSourceStrong knowledge of benefits compliance including ACA, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, and CFRAExcellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience supporting multi-site or multi-state organizations
- Familiarity with maintaining 401(k) plans and working with providers like Fidelity Investments
- Experience with benefits-related project management and system enhancements
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Extensive hands-on benefits administration experience in a healthcare or multi-facility environment
Other Requirements:
- Standard office environment with minimal travel; occasional extended hours during open enrollment or audits
- Ability to sit, stand, and operate standard office equipment for extended periods
