Job Description:
Job Description Job Summary: We are looking for Rack & Stack Technicians for a contract opportunity in Texas. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working in data center or telecom environments, assisting with the installation and organization of network and server equipment.
Responsibilities:
• Install, rack, and stack servers, switches, and networking equipment.• Mount hardware in server racks according to deployment plans.• Perform basic cable management and labeling.• Assist with equipment moves, adds, and changes.• Ensure racks are organized and work areas remain clean and safe.• Follow site procedures and technical instructions.
Requirements:
• Experience with rack and stack activities in a data center or IT environment.• Ability to lift and move IT equipment as needed.• Basic understanding of servers, networking hardware, and cabling.• Reliable transportation to work location.
