Master Cutter - TNB Shift

Cutter OperatorA Cutter Operator is a highly energetic and motivated individual who is responsible for the setup of the Polar and Baumcut cutters in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). They are also accountable for implementing adjustments, procedures and knowing the capabilities and limitations of the equipment in order to achieve the required goals. To be successful in this role, a Cutter Operator will need to balance creative thinking, working well under pressure, along with practical strategies to ensure solutions are actionable.
