Key Responsibilities: Assess, plan, and implement patient care for those with chronic kidney disease or acute renal failure. Monitor dialysis procedures and ensure patient safety during treatments. Educate patients on renal diet, fluid management, and treatment plans. Manage and document patient medications, including those related to dialysis. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive nephrology care. Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
