Compassionate Hospice Aide & CNA — Direct Patient Care

St. Croix Hospice is seeking a compassionate Hospice Aide (CNA) to join our team. You will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to provide direct support and personal care for hospice patients in a home setting, following each patient’s Plan of Care and coordinating with the RN Case Manager. Responsibilities include bathing, mobility assistance, meal support, and documentation while maintaining HIPAA standards.
