Senior Environmental Regulatory Leader

Stantec is seeking a Senior Regulatory Specialist to provide task management and technical leadership on environmental permitting projects across the Mid-Atlantic and beyond. You will lead permitting strategies, NEPA and regulatory compliance for federal and state actions, coordinating with USACE, USFWS, VDEQ, and other agencies. You will oversee technical report development, manage field surveys, and ensure QA/QC of deliverables while collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams and clients.
