Starting pay:
$25.00 per hour (higher for experienced drivers*)Paid CDL training no experience required*Flexible schedule no nights or weekends Time off during school holidays Paid holidays*401(k) with company match*Company-paid life insurance*Minimum 4-hour daily guarantee during the school year*Additional earning opportunities with summer school routes*Key Responsibilities Safely transport students and passengers to and from school Operate the bus in compliance with all traffic laws and company policies Ensure a safe and secure environment for all passengers Assist students with boarding and exiting the bus as needed Attend required safety meetings and training sessions
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid drivers license for at least 3 years
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to pass DOT drug test, background check, and physical exam
- Commitment to safety, reliability, and professionalism
