Service Manager and/or light duty mechanic - Advancement opprotunities

Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries and complaints with regards to our trailers and RV fish house products Provide information about the products and services Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns Document and update customer records based on interactions Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services Diversity of duties a plus from RV repairs to welding. We are able to train and have another senior mechanic with excellent welding experience. Wide variety of duties and desire to be a "jack of all trades" a plus.
