Senior Labor Relations Manager – Luxury Hospitality

PS is seeking a Labor Relations Manager to lead labor relations strategy across operations, People, Employee Relations, and Legal. You will administer CBAs, manage grievances and investigations, and coordinate union communications, with a focus on balancing operational needs and employee experience. You will report to the Vice President of People and operate from our HQ and LAX, in a fast-paced hospitality setting that values service and safety.
