Your Role & Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the service process Greet customers in person or by phone, schedule appointments, and ensure timely vehicle diagnosis Clearly explain recommended services, repairs, and associated costs Maintain strong communication between customers and technicians to ensure smooth workflow Generate repair orders, invoices, and ensure all documentation meets compliance standards Educate and advise customers on vehicle maintenance and repair needs Assist with dispatching repair orders to technicians when needed
