Project Manager

Roles and Responsibilities include: Managing and developing project plans (10%)Manage activities of a cross functional team(s) to ensure completion of the project on time (10%)Review status with the customer and the management team (10%)Drive effective meetings with both internal and external teams (10%)Timely resolution of issues and escalation as required to avoid delays in project completion (10%)Ensure timely implementation of ECOs (10%)Ensure proper closure of customer related A/R issues (10%)Ensures program-related decisions are guided by the terms & conditions of the customer's contract (10%)Understands all aspects required to launch a new program or order (10%)Responsible for customer management and satisfaction, order management and delivery, revenue achievement, business issue resolution (RMA's) (10%)
