Information Technology Support Analyst

SHR Talent is partnering with a client in Nashville, TN in its search for a Support Analyst. The Support Analyst will be responsible for responding to all technology needs for the Company's employees which includes, but is not limited to, hardware, software, meeting setups, audio and video setups, printers, network connectivity, mobile devices, and office phones. As the Support Analyst, you will routinely travel to the Company's remote locations to provide on-site support as well as provide after-hours support, and work with vendors as needed. A successful candidate for the Help Support Analyst role is someone who has good communications skills, strong customer service skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to work well with others.
