Remote Sales Representative

Key responsibilities: Handles customer inquiries through calls, texts, emails, and online chats regarding automotive accessory orders and product information Follows up with existing customers to close sales and suggest modifications based on their interests Processes orders and returns while meeting performance expectations for customer service quality and sales metrics
