Data Scientist

Required Qualifications: 2+ years of professional experience in data science; including experience in analytics, machine learning, statistical modeling, data engineering, or related applied work in industry or research. Proficiency in Python and/or SQL, with the ability to write, review, and maintain analytical code. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience translating data into actionable insights. Excellent written communication skills and the ability to clearly present technical findings to diverse audiences. Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment with minimal supervision. Minimum 30/hours per week Familiarity with AI and Large Language Model (LLM) tools, including practical user-level experience with modern generative AI platforms.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience applying machine learning models to real-world business problems. Knowledge of modern data science workflows, experimentation, and model evaluation techniques. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in agile or startup environments.
