Job Description:
Residential Electrician – Lead/Experienced We are looking for an experienced Residential Electrician to join our growing team! The ideal candidate will have 3–4+ years of residential electrical experience and be comfortable working independently as well as as part of a crew. Experience with whole-home generators and generator installations is a strong plus, but not required.
What We’re Looking For:
3–4+ years of residential electrical experience Generator installation/service experience preferred Strong electrical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and people skills Ability to effectively lead and manage a crew Professional and respectful when working with customers Dependable, punctual, and takes pride in their work Ability to follow through on projects and maintain high-quality standards Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to work safely and efficiently in residential environments What We Value: We’re looking for someone who is not only skilled in the electrical field, but is also reliable, hardworking, team-oriented, and customer-focused. The right person will take ownership of their work, communicate well with both customers and team members, and help ensure every job is completed correctly and professionally. Experience with generators is a plus and could provide opportunities for growth within the company. Monday-Friday 8am-4pm. Medical, Dental, Vision 401K Paid time off
