Restaurant General Manager | Growing Restaurant Groups Charlotte, NC | Competitive Salary + Bonus + Benefits Great restaurants need great leaders! We are seeking experienced Restaurant General Managers for exciting opportunities with growing, hospitality-focused restaurant groups in the Charlotte area. What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of restaurant General Manager experience, preferably in full-service dining
- Background in polished casual, upscale dining, or high-volume restaurant environments
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to hire, train, mentor, and retain great teams
- Solid understanding of restaurant financials, including P&L, labor, food and beverage costs, and profitability
- A genuine passion for hospitality, service excellence, and creating memorable guest experiences
- Ability to build a positive, accountable, and performance-driven team culture
- Experience managing busy restaurant operations while maintaining high standards
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- A hands-on leadership style with a willingness to lead by example
- Experience with restaurant openings, training, or growing concepts is a plus
What You'll Do:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellence in hospitality, service, and execution
- Recruit, train, develop, and inspire high-performing management and hourly teams
- Take ownership of restaurant financial performance, including sales, labor, costs, and profitability
- Establish and maintain strong operational standards, systems, and accountability
- Create an engaging workplace culture that promotes teamwork, development, and retention
- Work closely with culinary leadership to deliver consistent food quality and guest satisfaction
- Build lasting guest relationships and maintain a strong presence on the restaurant floor
- Identify opportunities to improve sales, efficiency, and overall restaurant performance
- Partner with ownership and senior leadership on business goals and continued growth
