Operations Manager — Security Agency Operations

Elite Guard and Patrol Services has protected South Florida properties since 1983. Family-owned, roughly 600 officers, over 120 properties across Broward and Miami-Dade. We are hiring an Operations Manager to run our Sunny Isles Beach office. You will own the daily operation of the branch and every department in it — personnel, client managers, quality assurance, training, dispatch, field supervision, HR, and payroll. Your job is to make sure our processes are actually followed, that coverage never slips, and that problems are solved before a client sees them. This is a decision-making seat with direct access to ownership, not a layer of middle management.
