Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards. Strong clinical skills in a PCU setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in using healthcare software and systems Ability to work efficiently under pressure Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oklahoma or ability to obtain BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) Certification preferred
