This role conducts detailed research and analysis to inform decision-making, manages high-complexity initiatives, and ensures that all deliverables meet established quality and compliance standards.ResponsibilitiesProvide initiative management guidance to support program and project objectivesManage high-complexity projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and contractual requirementsConduct detailed research, data analysis, and functional assessments to identify gaps and improvement opportunitiesDevelop reports, recommendations, and business documentation to support leadership decision-makingEnsure product and deliverable quality through thorough review and validation processesMonitor compliance with regulatory, contractual, and organizational standardsQualificationsStrong expertise in business process analysis and re-engineering methodologiesExceptional executive communication and presentation skillsAbility to influence and advise senior leadershipStrong analytical and strategic thinking capabilitiesBachelor's in Engineering, Business, or related fieldPMP/DHS mid-level PM (or equivalent)Minimum 6 years of experience OR 5 years with a Master's degree or higherAbility to pass employment background check and obtain a Common Access Card (CAC)Pay Range: $50.00 - $55.29 per hour
