Barista - The Grand CafeOur Baristas ensure our guests begin and end their experience with us in the best way possible! If you take pride in providing a warm welcome, and work in a fast paced, fun environment, then we want to hear from you! We are seeking fun, outgoing, and high-energy individuals to join our team as part-time and/or full-time Barista's. Barista at NW COFFEE:Big smiles and happy hearts with big personality Give a warm welcome to every Guest Answering telephone within three rings, gather orders, make drinks Communicate Guest concerns to the Manager as appropriate Make all drinks on the menu Helping fellow Team Members when appropriate About NW COFFEE:Fast hiring process Make money with a flexible part-time or full-time schedule Great Team atmosphere and culture
About You:
- Friendly, warm, and caring attitude that's always ready to greet with a smile
- Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Capable of working with others in a team-oriented environment
- Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
- Able to safely lift and easily maneuver boxes of 25 pounds when necessary
