Job Summary: We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team! As an RBT with STEPS Behavioral Health, you will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic, implementing treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will also collect and document data on client progress, collaborate with families and team members, and maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic
  • Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Collect and document data on client progress
  • Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success
  • Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions
  • Compensation and Schedule:
Pay Range: $25- $28/hour
Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
Part-Time with full-time opportunities available
Requirements:
  • Must have Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Previous experience in ABA therapy
  • Ability to pass background check
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
