Position Overview: We are seeking a strategic and operationally strong Benefits Director to lead the design, execution, and continuous evolution of a global benefits program. This role is responsible for delivering competitive benefits programs that enhance employee experience, ensure compliance, and support business objectives across multiple geographies.

Pay Range215,000 - 235,000 Apollo Global Management, Inc. (together with its subsidiaries and affiliates) is committed to championing opportunity.
