Our law firm is looking for a driven family law associate attorney who thrives on making a real difference in clients’ lives. You will handle complex divorce and custody matters with care and confidence, supported by a collaborative team that values professionalism, empathy, and excellence. This is your chance to join a respected, growing, and established family law firm in St. Charles and Wheaton.3 years of litigation experience An interest in family law Strong abilities in legal research, persuasive writing, and effective negotiation Exceptional communication and client relationship management skills
What You’ll Do:
- Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, custody, and support cases, from initial consultation through resolution
- Conduct consultations with prospective clients and develop tailored legal strategies
- Manage a diverse caseload with attention to detail, efficiency, and client communication
- Draft and review pleadings, motions, and related legal documents
- Appear in court for hearings, mediations, and trials
- Collaborate closely with fellow attorneys and support staff to achieve positive outcomes for clients$100,000 - $150,000401k plan
