Test Track Operator

Test Track Operator Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Test Track Operators for a construction equipment testing company in Grand Rapids, MN. In this role, you'll help ensure quality and performance standards are met by operating and testing compact-track loaders in a controlled testing environment. Operate compact-track loaders and skid steers safely while following all safety procedures Perform daily equipment maintenance, including greasing, oil and fluid checks, and visual inspections Complete inspection paperwork and document issues with photos and written details Provide feedback regarding prototype equipment operation and performance Perform minor machine repairs as needed Communicate equipment concerns and testing results with development technicians Lead test drives during second-shift coverage when required and maintain a clean, organized work area High school diploma or equivalent required 6+ months of construction equipment operation experience required Skid steer loader or track loader experience preferred Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word Ability to work outdoors and around machinery in varying conditions Ability to stand, squat/kneel, push/pull, and perform physical job duties throughout an 8-hour shift Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (hearing protection, safety glasses, gloves, steel-toe boots, etc.) Reliable transportation to the Grand Rapids area Enjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
