Responsibilities: Prepare and cook grilled food according to recipes and standards Set up and maintain the grill station Prepare ingredients and monitor food quality Follow food safety, sanitation, and kitchen procedures Keep the cooking area and equipment clean and organized Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment Assist with other kitchen duties as needed
