Principal Gift Officer Seven-Figure Campaign Leader (Remote)

USA Triathlon Foundation is seeking a Principal Gift Officer to build and lead a major-gift program from the ground up. You will manage 40–50 high-capacity prospects, craft seven-figure asks, and collaborate with the Chief Development Officer to shape strategy and donor visits. This is a fully remote role with ~40% travel nationwide and a strong preference for candidates in major donor hubs. You will help advance the Elevate 28 campaign and drive transformational philanthropy for triathlon.
