Director, Consulting

Overview As a Director, you will lead the PMO for campus transformation and broader integration programs within a global client-facing consulting context. You will steer cross-functional teams across real estate, construction, and other partners, driving standardized PMO practices and clear governance. The role focuses on end-to-end program delivery, risk management, and data-driven reporting to executives. You’ll work with regional and global teams to enable impactful workplace transformations and organizational improvements. Compensation / Benefits 401(k) plan with matching contributions Comprehensive Medical, Dental & Vision Paid parental leave at 100% of salary Paid Time Off and Company Holidays Daily Pay (early access to earned wages)comprehensive benefits package Responsibilities Lead cross-functional teams to drive progress under the Global Integration Program guidance Stand up and evolve PMO standards, governance models, and cross-functional engagement methods Create stakeholder maps and serve as single point of information for partners and leaders Develop data-driven insights and reporting for executive consumption to enable timely decisions Onboard and engage cross-functional members to sustain program participation Design and lead large workshops to align cross-functional objectives Oversee real estate/workplace consolidation activities from strategy through construction and implementation Assemble consolidated roadmaps, risk trackers, action plans, and reporting templates aligned with Global Integration Program Manage interdependencies, risks, issues, and escalations across multiple workstreams Serve as trusted advisor to sponsors and functional leads on strategic and operational challenges Translate business requirements into planning and programming needs Develop and monitor program KPIs and dashboards; capture lessons learned and improvement opportunities Contribute to regional program integration and process improvements as part of the Global Integration Program Team Key requirements Extensive experience leading large-scale workplace transformation programs and coordinating cross-functional teams Exceptional leadership and organizational skills with multi-disciplinary program management Understanding of end-to-end real estate and construction project delivery including workplace strategy Strong change management expertise and stakeholder engagement experience Bachelor's degree required; PMP/MSP certification and advanced degree preferred 7+ years in program leadership/management for workplace/real estate programs 25% travel may be required Executive presence and strong communication Strategic program thinking and stakeholder engagementPMO adaptability in dynamic environments Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologiesPMO governance and reporting tools (unspecified)Cross-functional program management practices
