Sunbelt Solomon is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to identify, engage, and acquire top talent for roles across the United States and Canada. You will develop recruitment strategies, build talent pipelines, and ensure an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. You will lead full-cycle recruiting, partner with leaders to forecast needs, leverage UKG HRIS/ATS, and travel to support events and partnerships with colleges and technical schools across North America.
