Key responsibilities: Lead the recruitment process by developing strategies, conducting intake sessions, and managing candidate sourcing and evaluation Utilize various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs Facilitate interview processes and provide feedback, ensuring timely communication with candidates throughout their recruitment journey

Required qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a human resources generalist role or as an in-house recruiter Experience with Microsoft 365, Workday, or other large-scale ATS preferred Certification in sourcing, diversity recruiting, or behavioral-based interviewing is preferred Experience working within a corporate full-cycle recruitment team is preferred
