This role requires excellent communication, organization and planning skills. You will support the Sales team and General Manager in driving sales and maximizing profit opportunities for the store during the Holiday Season. You are a trusted brand ambassador and an essential part of the store team during the holiday season. You will provide elevated and personalized customer experience while supporting the boutique's sales and operational goals during a high-volume retail period. Through exceptional customer service, styling expertise, and sales support, you will help drive store performance, maintain luxury brand standards, and ensure a seamless shopping experience for every client.
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure a consistently positive and personalized client experience by prioritizing the customer and maintaining the brand's luxury presence throughout every interaction.· Support the sales team in achieving daily, weekly, and seasonal sales goals through exceptional service and product knowledge.· Assist clients with product selections, styling recommendations, wardrobe building, and gift-giving needs during the holiday season.· Capture client data and support follow-up efforts to build lasting relationships and contribute to clientele goals.· Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently utilizing POS systems and other retail technology.· Support sales floor coverage by greeting customers, directing traffic, and assisting with fitting room management during peak business periods.· Replenish merchandise and ensure the sales floor is consistently organized, styled, and fully stocked.· Assist with shipment processing, inventory replenishment, markdowns, transfers, and stockroom organization.· Support visual merchandising standards and seasonal floor set updates to maintain the luxury presentation of the boutique.· Stay informed on key product launches and brand initiatives to educate customers and enhance selling conversations.· Demonstrate strong personal styling and product knowledge to elevate the shopping experience.· Utilize available marketing and clientele tools to engage current and prospective clients and drive sales.· Embrace and utilize technology to enhance customer experience.· Demonstrate a passion for the luxury sector and remain knowledgeable of industry, market, and fashion trends.· Perform additional sales support and operational tasks assigned to meet the needs of the business during the holiday season.
Requirements: Sales and Service· Previous retail, sales, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred.· Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experience and achieving sales goals.· Ability to build rapport with clients and provide personalized recommendations.· Passion for fashion, luxury retail, and styling.· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment during peak selling periods. Sales Support & Store Operations· Comfortable supporting all aspects of store operations, including replenishment, shipment processing, inventory management, and visual merchandising.· Familiar with Retail POS systems, MS Office, and Google Docs.· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.· Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.· Positive, flexible, and reliable, with a focus on contributing to the team's success.· Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended retail hours as business needs require during the holiday season.· Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move merchandise up to 25 pounds. Education· High School Diploma or equivalent required. Experience· Previous retail, fashion, luxury, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.· Luxury retail experience is a plus but not required. Position Type· Seasonal/Temporary Holiday Position· Employment dates and weekly schedules will vary based on business needs and holiday volume.
