About the role

Job Duties: Prepare and cook meals per menus/recipes; operate and maintain kitchen equipment Keep food safety and temps on point; oversee portioning and dietary needs Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and running on schedule Follow sanitation/safety protocols and log food temps and portions Communicate professionally with incarcerated individuals; other duties as assigned Minimum Education Required High school diploma or equivalent
