The Role Customer Advocacy: Focus on providing repair options and educating customers on the best products, finance options, and maintenance plans for their needs. Field Collaboration: Work closely with service technicians, install teams, and dispatch to ensure seamless project execution. Technical Excellence: Utilize your knowledge of local plumbing codes, safety, and permits to provide accurate on-the-job applications. Mentorship: Share your expertise by training and mentoring apprentices within the team.
