To Apply for this Job Click Here Our client, a mission driven nonprofit organization is seeking a Development Database Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis in Washington, D.C.
About The Job:
Process and reconcile fundraising gifts and donations while maintaining accurate donor records in Raiser's Edge NXTPerform high-volume data entry, reporting, and database maintenance to support fundraising operations Work with large Excel datasets to clean, verify, and analyze donor and gift information Ensure data integrity through ongoing quality control and attention to detail Support development operations projects and participate in knowledge transfer and cross-training activities
About You:
Hands-on experience with Raiser's Edge NXT or Raiser's Edge required Experience processing and reconciling charitable gifts and donations Strong data entry skills with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail Advanced Excel skills and experience managing large datasets Nonprofit development or fundraising operations experience preferred Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
