In Home Sales Representative

What You'll Do: Meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes to discuss backup power and standby generator solutions Conduct in-home consultations and assess customer needs Educate homeowners on generator products, features, financing options, and installation processes Prepare and present professional proposals Build trust with customers and guide them through the purchase decision Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships Collaborate with operations and installation teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals

What We're Looking For: Previous in-home sales experience required Home improvement, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, solar, windows, or related residential sales experience strongly preferred Proven track record of closing sales and generating revenue Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to build rapport and establish trust with homeowners Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly competitive Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Comfortable utilizing tablets, CRM systems, and sales tools
