About the role

Clement Manor is a faith-based independent living, assisted living, CBRF and long term care community, nationally recognized for providing a superior quality environment for older adults. We're seeking a dedicated Environmental Services Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you'll assist the Support Services Director in ensuring our community remains a comfortable, homelike environment where residents can thrive and staff can work safely. As Supervisor, you will: Train, mentor, and coach support services staff in all areas of housekeeping & floor care. Oversee daily cleaning routines, discharge and isolation room cleaning, and preparation of new admission rooms, suites, and apartments. Ensure cleaning standards and infection control protocols are consistently upheld. Serve as theprimary backup for our in-house laundry services department. Contribute to a supportive, collaborative workplace focused on respect, quality, and care.

Qualifications: Prior experience in housekeeping/environmental services, preferably in healthcare or senior living. Leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment.
