We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their South Florida team, working on a landmark, high-value luxury residential project. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading General Contractor with a strong pipeline of major developments across South Florida. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a complex, large-scale high-rise residential project, overseeing project operations, financial performance, subcontractor coordination and overall project delivery. Manage all aspects of construction projects from preconstruction through completion. Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement and subcontractor coordination. Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders and project documentation. Collaborate closely with Superintendents, subcontractors, architects and ownership teams. Monitor project progress, quality standards and financial performance. Identify and resolve project challenges to ensure successful delivery. Proven experience as a Project Manager with a reputable General Contractor. Strong background in high-rise residential, luxury condominium or large-scale multifamily construction .Experience managing complex, multimillion-dollar construction projects. Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling and subcontractor management. Based in or willing to relocate to South Florida.
