Project Manager – Automation & Capital Equipment (Medical Devices)
Location: Noblesville, IN
Duration: 2 Years (Possibility of Extension)
Key Requirements:
6–8 years of project management experience in manufacturing, including 5+ years leading automation and equipment capital projects. 5+ years of experience in the medical device industry, with automated manufacturing and equipment implementation. Strong experience managing project budgets, schedules, resources, risks, suppliers, and cross-functional teams. Knowledge of robotics, PLCs, machine vision, automated assembly, MES, SCADA, and smart manufacturing technologies. Experience with FDA regulations, ISO 13485, equipment qualification, IQ/OQ/PQ validation, and change management; PMP and Lean Six Sigma certifications are preferred.
