Fuyao Glass America Inc. seeks a Technical Supervisor for the Coating Semi-Temp Lamination Department in Moraine, OH. The role supervises assembly processes, assigns line personnel, and drives on-shift performance to meet daily targets.
The ideal candidate brings 1–3 years of manufacturing experience, excellent communication in English (Mandarin helpful), and a hands-on attitude toward safety, equipment, and process documentation. This is a full-time on-site position in Moraine.
