Wealth Management HR/Business Manager

A Pittsburgh-based RIA has retained us to help them fill a new HR & Business Manager (operations leader) opening, onsite three days a week in the South Hills. This is a smaller RIA which has been around for several decades. Candidates must have:3+ years of experience in an HR or business operations capacity, ideally within wealth management (if not, financial services required).Demonstrated experience across multiple operational functions (HR, technology, vendor management, etc.)Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities The ability to work out of the company's office three days per week.
