Homeless Outreach & Housing Navigator

City of Aurora is seeking a Homeless Outreach Worker to build relationships with unhoused neighbors, act as a liaison to connect individuals and families to housing and supportive services, and work within Housing and Community Services to reduce homelessness. The role involves trauma-informed engagement, coordination with partners, data entry in HMIS, and collaboration with abatement teams. Term-limited position with end date expected March 31, 2027.
