About the role

Our client is seeking a strong Territory Sales Manager to join their team. This person must be located in the North Seattle area (Everett, WA and eastward).
Responsibilities: Effectively conduct physician, staff and patient training in the areas of the client's business protocols; specifically, marketing, financial, therapy, forms, patient seminars, company online resources and other topics that may change from time to time. Research and evaluate physicians in assigned areas based on the client's criteria for appropriateness and suitability. Effectively present the client's training and business program to physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, office managers and office staff. Recruit suitable physicians and other practitioners through professional and effective prospecting, appointment setting and presentation skills. Cultivate and maintain mutually productive partnerships with practitioners to grow new and current practices and maintain patient retention levels of 60% or better. Effectively conduct physician, staff and patient training in the areas of the client's business protocols; specifically, marketing, financial, therapy, forms, patient seminars, company online resources and other topics that may change from time to time. Secure all required contracts, paperwork and documentation as well as payments and fees as needed for attendees to participate in regular training and certification classes. Conduct and facilitate patient educational seminars as needed for trained practitioners on a monthly basis. Prospecting for new leads and identifying quality sales prospects from active leads. Attending marketing and sales events for prospects and current customers. Working with customers for sales referrals with new prospects. Update all relevant sales activities in the Company’s CRM system. Close sales accurately and effectively each month to meet or exceed targets.
Skills and Experience: Required Bachelor’s degree or significant related work experience in healthcare or medical sales (required).Minimum of 5+ years of sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) model, with current/previous medical or healthcare sales experience. Strong communication skills, both orally and written and the ability to conduct professional and effective presentations to a practitioner. Ability to work extended hours as duties require. Strong teamwork, communication (written and oral), client management, and interpersonal skills. Must have excellent time management skills.
