About the role

About the Opportunity: We’re looking for a driven Territory Manager to take ownership of an assigned market and grow new and existing business. This is a highly field-based role focused on building relationships with healthcare professionals, identifying opportunities, and creating long-term partnerships throughout the territory. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, managing a large geographic area, and spending the majority of their time meeting with customers in person.
What You’ll Do: Take ownership of territory performance and consistently work toward established sales objectives. Expand the customer base by identifying new prospects, generating opportunities, and developing relationships with potential accounts. Develop strong partnerships with physicians, healthcare providers, practice leaders, and other key stakeholders. Learn your market, identify areas of opportunity, and create an approach for increasing account penetration and revenue. Conduct face-to-face meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations with prospective and existing customers. Use a consultative sales approach to uncover customer needs, address concerns, overcome objections, and communicate appropriate solutions. Strengthen existing accounts while looking for opportunities to expand business within the territory. Maintain an accurate pipeline and keep account activity, sales opportunities, and territory information up to date. Participate in conferences, trade shows, industry events, and other networking opportunities to build awareness and generate new business. Work closely with sales leadership to review territory activity, discuss opportunities, and develop strategies for continued growth.
What You Bring: 3+ years of successful outside sales experience. Experience managing a geographic territory and building a pipeline from the ground up. Strong communication skills and the ability to build credibility with healthcare professionals and business decision-makers. Confidence leading presentations and having business conversations with individuals at varying levels of an organization. A self-directed work style and the ability to stay productive with limited day-to-day supervision. Strong organization, follow-through, and time-management skills. The ability to adjust quickly, prioritize effectively, and operate in a fast-moving environment. A relationship-driven approach with a focus on understanding customer needs and delivering solutions. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and an acceptable driving record.

Approximately 75% or more of the role will involve driving and traveling throughout the territory.
