Overview In this role you will develop high-impact, on-brief ideas and shape campaigns with minimal direction. You’ll lead creative work, mentor teams, and present to clients, balancing brand strategy with production expertise. You’ll craft stories across media and own production and post-production processes. You’ll collaborate across disciplines to deliver excellence on time, driving culture-changing work that resonates with audiences. Responsibilities Lead and own work with minimal oversight to develop disruptive ideas Manage client relationships, lead presentations, and coordinate productions Write for multiple media formats (manifestos, scripts, digital, content)Ensure ideas stay on brief and align with strategy Manage multiple clients and deliverables concurrently Oversee production and post-production with minimal supervision Collaborate with all disciplines to deliver creative excellence on time Demonstrate strong presentation skills Give and receive constructive feedback respectfully Mentor and lead creative teams Key requirements Portfolio or samples showing smart, brand-building ideas and executions Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments Collaborative and team-oriented with minimal supervision Ability to handle different types of productions and productions experience Strong storytelling abilities Proven client-facing presentation experience Production experience and ability to manage production processes Experience mentoring junior team members Must be able to work in a fast-paced agency environment Collaborative mindset Strong communication Mentorship Expert storytelling across media Production and post-production fluency Ability to work independently
